What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash Visa Master Amex Discover Paypal money
orders and certified bank checks.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

Your item can be picked within hours after it's
ordered or next day depending on your order. If your
in the north east United States delivery usually take
one day, south east two days, as you go further west
you can add one to two days per time zone up to five
business days. Ground shipping is 1-5 business days
in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. We also offer
second day and next day delivery for an increased
shipping fee. Saturday shipments are also available
for an extra cost.

How do you determine shipping costs?

The total shipping cost varies with the level of
service requested and the size and weight of your
item. There is minimum shipping fee of $8.00. within
the continental United States. Items can be picked
up for free.

Do you have a catalog?

We do not have a printed catalog for the public at
this time. although we use an electronic catalog for
your parts look up this is not available to the public
at this time, but we hope to have one available on our
website shortly. For now if you need price and

What happens when I send you an inquiry form?

We try to respond to you as soon as possible, please
make sure all the information is provided to your
vehicle year make model distinction e.g. (lx se ex)
engine size and part description. The more information
you provide about your vehicle and the part(s) you're
looking for, the better response you will receive.

What is a core and why do I have to send one back?

Core refers to the reusable part of an automotive
assembly.
Many components of a vehicle can be remanufactured,
reclaiming the usable portions is a solution that
provides the best value to the consumer. For example
alternators, steering racks, starters and others.
There is a fee associated with the core and it's in
your best interest to deliver the old core to us as
soon as possible
